ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
This position is primarily for facilitating cross-channel feedback from participants and staff to the management team. The Operations Coordinator will work with Managers to the Program Director to learn departmental needs and goals. The Operations Coordinator will complete the following task: ensure that all activities conform to local, federal, and agency standards, observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements can be made, identify and resolve any program problems, develop and maintain any clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations, completing reports and delivering them to management, assist with the management of daily operational activities, performing administrative task such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, and scheduling meetings, arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees, planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities, preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports, and collaborating with management to set departmental goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Must have excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be proficient in technology and general office equipment (Microsoft Office)
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to ensure that files are kept secure and confidential.
- Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, required.
