Pathway, Inc. is a local provider for the Ohio Department of Development, offering energy programs and services to residents across Lucas County. Our staff processes applications for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) and the Percent of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) that are submitted online or by mail to the State of Ohio. Applications are processed in the order they are received, and we aim to provide a determination letter within 12 weeks.

Please note that emergency assistance can only be provided through an appointment, which we conduct by phone to make it easier for everyone.
