Pathway, Inc. Community Action Agency is pleased to announce the launch of the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)!
Application Pickup
• Begins Monday, April 20, 2026
• Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: 505 Hamilton St., Toledo, OH 43604

Application Drop-Off Dates
• Wednesday, May 6, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday, May 7, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday, May 9, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Tentative, if needed)
• Completed applications with ALL required documents will only be accepted on these dates
Important Information
• Only 52 program slots available – space is limited
• Incomplete applications will not be accepted
• Parents/guardians and youth will be contacted after submission for intake and eligibility
• Do NOT submit original documents — copies only
• No online or email submissions will be accepted
Required Documents (Must be attached to be considered)
• 2026 Summer Youth Employment Application
• Valid student ID and/or current school registration
• Completed and signed Minor Work Permit (ages 14–15)
• Valid parent/guardian photo ID
• Birth certificates for all household members
• Income verification (last 30 days of pay stubs and/or proof of benefits such as WIC, SNAP, cash assistance, child support, etc.)
• Zero Income Verification Form (for household members age 18+ with no income)
