Community Survey – We Want to Hear From You

May is Community Action Month, and it’s a time to recognize the impact of Community Action and an opportunity for Pathway, Inc. to listen to the needs of our community.

Pathway, Inc. is asking community members to share their experiences, challenges, and priorities through a short survey. Your input will help us better understand everyday needs and plan stronger programs for the future.

Everything you share is confidential, and participating (or not) will never affect your ability to receive services.

The survey takes about 10–15 minutes to complete and is open to residents of Lucas County, 18 and older.

Help us strengthen services, expand opportunities, and better support our neighbors.
