Summer Youth Employment Program
At Pathway, Inc., we believe in empowering the next generation through meaningful opportunities. By providing real-life work experience to school-aged youth and young adults, we equip them with the tools and exposure needed to explore career paths, develop financial responsibility, and move toward long-term self-sufficiency.
What We Offer
Our 8-week paid work experience program offers youth the chance to earn $13.00 per hour while building valuable workplace skills. The program includes:
- One week of professional development focused on work readiness and workplace etiquette
- Financial literacy education to promote smart money management
- Ongoing mentorship and personal guidance
- Training in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Access to certification opportunities for eligible participants
- Digital literacy assessments and skill-building
- Development of both soft skills and technical (hard) skills
