This program offers case management services, including the development of individual goal planning designed to help low-income Lucas County individuals and families become self-sufficient.
Who Is Eligible?
To be eligible you must be at or below 200% Federal Poverty Ratio, 60 years of age or more, or disabled. Contact us and a Program Representative will be happy to assist you.
What Services Are Available?
Other emergency services are offered on a case-by-case basis, based on household needs. Pathway staff also makes referrals to other community and government agencies that provide services Pathway doesn’t offer.
