Pathway, Inc.  accepts drop-off applications and processes non-crisis HEAP and PIPP applications submitted through Ohio’s Energy Portal at energyhelp.ohio.gov or mailed to:

P.O. Box 1240,   Columbus,    Ohio  43216

in the order received by the State of Ohio. Download Application

Staffing at Pathway, Inc. is set by HEAP funding allocations, and application processing may take up to 12 weeks.
